SBM Support Programme: Managing Critical Incidents

This 2 hour face to face session is delivered by Sarah Chittock our Merton Civil Contingencies Adviser.
Based at Merton Civic Centre, it plans to support SBMs understanding of how best to plan for both the expected and unexpected.  It will be an opportunity for both new and existing SBMs to explore critical incident planning, completing risk assessments for business continuity and emergency planning.   Through presentations and the use of different scenarios, all participants will leave with a stronger understanding of critical pressure points, roles and responsibilities and practical actions to take in case of emergencies.
