Headteacher Workshop - Change Management (staff restructuring)

During a period of local, national, and global change, alongside often financial uncertainty, this workshop looks to provide reassurance and practical steps for all Headteachers having to manage change. It provides reflection time in thinking about staff re-structuring, different models of school leadership and taking school and local communities along with you in that process.
