Let’s Talk Science - Spring term

These new ‘Let’s Talk Science’ sessions will be hosted at Wimbledon High School and led by Alex Farrer, the Head of Science and regional PSQM hub lead.  The sessions run parallel to the current science network meetings, and are an opportunity to explore, face to face, current themes in primary science.  Delivered, based on the interests, concerns and successes of our primary science leaders, it provides an opportunity to explore in greater depth science knowledge, scientific enquiry skills and overarching themes within the science curriculum.  With a practical focus, attendance at these sessions is highly recommended.

Outcomes:

• Exploration of local, regional, national and global themes currently impacting on the content and delivery of the science curriculum.
• Networking opportunities
• A focus on science subject knowledge
