SBM Support Programme: Managing Your Team

This 2 hour face to face session, is an opportunity to meet members of the Merton HR team.  The purpose of the session is to understand the different layers of support that can be offered to our School Business Manager community and to schools more widely.  The session will signpost colleagues to current materials they can access as well as an opportunity to ask questions and clarify understanding around expectations on roles and responsibilities of SBMs, headteachers and governors.
