This half day workshop is delivered by an experienced Headteacher and members of the Merton HR service. It provides simple strategies to get to know your staff, to understand their strengths and areas of development and to think about what to do when things go wrong. Full of practical advice and reference to HR processes, attendance is highly recommended.
