(POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE) SBM Support Programme: Managing School Finance

This 2-hour face to face session, will provide new SBMs, and their headteacher, with an overview of how school finance works in Merton.  Deliberately booked in for the end of November, when schools will be consulted around future funding arrangements, the workshop is an opportunity to explain funding incomes, budget setting and monitoring and the financial roles and responsibilities of the SBM, headteacher and governors.  It will also be a good opportunity to share with colleagues how our school finance teams work and the support and help available.
