DfE expect all schools to have appointed an EVC. This course will follow the national training programme for EVCs and highlight;
• Understanding of the functions of the EVC
• Up-to-date knowledge of legal expectations, responsibilities of the school and DfE, HSE and LA requirements
• Awareness and availability of support and guidance
