Headteacher Workshop - Effective monitoring and self-evaluation

The session provides thinking space around how to create an effective monitoring, evaluation, and review cycle (an example schedule is provided) and makes practical links not only to the School Development Plan and the SEF but to the documentation created with, and provided to, governors including Governors Visit Reports and the Headteacher Report to governors. It explores how to include other staff, and external colleagues/organisations in a meaningful way so that the responsibility is shared across the school.
